JR. ENTREPRENEURS (6-8 years)
Jr. Entrepreneurs is a program created and geared towards children, and teenagers who want to keep their childish spirit alive from the age of 3 to 17.
The mission of Jr. Enterpreneurs is to develop children’s emotional, cognitive, social and creative skills through game playing. The board games, role playing, books and computer technology with special softwares etc are all used as tools for a tailor made program for different age groups. As a result children develop their problem solving, decision making, verbal communication abilities.They learn to manage their emotions better, adhere to rules and structures, cooperate, teamwork, function in a competitive environment, self-dicipline and many more skills that help them become well balanced teens and adults in the future. The most important aspect of the program is also to keep children’s creavity alive. The landslide decrease in creativity is nurtured while playing games with each other amongst other children. Our aim is to raise well balanced children that are effective communicators that have high emotional quotients(eqs).
Jr. Entrepreneurs program was introduced at various schools and kindergartens throughout the city in İstanbul in 2011. A team of six brilliant instructors who love children work together and are dedicated to bring Jr. Entrepreneurs to all children across the city .
Program Background: The creator of the program has been working with children, schools and organizations for the last 20 years to develop educational tailor made programs for private and public schools as well as non-profit educational organizations. After spending 15 years in the city of New York she relocated herself in Turkey, İstanbul and she is reshaping the program to transfer the benefit of diverse cultures to Turkish community.

Eğitmenler:
Renan Eskinazi: Türkiye’de İşletme eğitimini tamamladıktan sonra 15 sene boyunca yaşadığı New York’da devlet okulları ve özel okullar, vakıflar, eğitim bakanlığı ve kamu kuruluşları işbirliğiyle yaptığı programlarda 3-15 yaş arası çocukların, 17-21 yaş arası gençlerin ve bu çocukların sorumluluğunu üstlenen veli, öğretmen ve personellerin eğitiminde hem müfredat yazma hem de eğitim koordinasyonluğu yapma görevini üstlendi. 1 sene önce Türkiye’ye dönerek Küçük Girişimciler programını yaratıp orada yaptığı projeleri burada da hayata geçirmek üzere ilk adımını attı.
Nihan Teker: Bilkent Üniversitesi ve Southern New Hampshire University’deki aile mesleği olan Turizm ve Otel İşletmeciliği üzerine eğitimini tamamlayıp, bu alanda bir süre çalıştıktan sonra ailesiyle yaşadığı Amerika’daki yıllarında kütüphanede belli yaş gruplarındaki çocuklar üzerine programlara gönüllü olarak katılmış çocuk dünyası ile burada tanışarak çocuklarla birlikte çalışma isteğini keşfetmiştir. 10 ve 13 yaşlarında 2 oğlu vardır. Şu an İngilizce dersleri vermenin yanı sıra 1 sene önce yolunun kesiştiği Küçük Girişimciler ekibinin bir parçası olmaktan mutlu ve heyecanlı.
